How much do we need?

We have identified chapter house projects that we have to address . . .
. . . we need to raise a minimum of $35,000 per year!

Where does the money go?

Here are the projects that we know we need to do:

• New Kitchen and Pantry COMPLETED!
• Fire Escape & Life Safety Issues COMPLETED!
• Repaint the chapter house – new required by city inspector
• First Floor Windows
• Second Floor Windows
• Boiler Replacement COMPLETED!

If we can raise more, we will expedite the projects and do more . . . like re-wiring the house, new floors, repair basement bathroom, roof replacement fund, repair and re-paint wood trim and house, new doors and locks, security system, energy efficient lights, and the list goes on and on.
